Dash pod failure ie reading much higher than whats actually in the tank is the main one as costs ŁŁŁ to fix, I believe Audi have stopped replacing them FOC. Also beware of rust on the roof bar/gutterings again can be costly as Audi have wiped their hands clean with problem also.

Thank you for that, fuel one sounds anoying and will only find out once its running I suppose, best pop a can of fuel in the boot for the mean time! Glad you posted that as thats the sort of thing that would be really annoying!
