tough 1 lad did u try look up the http://www.kaklub.co.uk/ theres alot of conversions on the with rst and 2.0rs engines.
Track Designs site lists all the engines you can use their mounts with - very clear info.

Our Engine Mount Kit Allows the following engines to be fitted to a KA:
•Zetec 1.8 silvertop
•Zetec 2.0 silvertop
•Zetec 1.8 blacktop
•Zetec 2.0 blacktop
•1600 CVH
•RS Turbo CVH
•ZVH o Zetec Turbo
•Focus ST170
•Focus RS Duratec

dunno could you use the ka gearbox though itd be the job if you could

the engine will bolt to gearbox and you can use a track designs mount to fit the engine, although this puts all the mounting at the back and it will move too much imho. I am currently putting a st170 engine in a Ka, but using the st170 side engine mount.

Cool il check the website.
Iv read that the standard gearbox works well but the st170 engine i was offered cumes with a 6speed box would it matter if i dropped it for the standard Ka 1.

cheers wilba

It can be done there is some one on www.fk-oc.Com that has one in his ka on TB's and there are a few members that make and sell mounts cheaper than track designs
