Default Escos turbo heat shield on saff cos 4x4

Hi people who has fitted an escort cossie turbo heat shield to a saff cossie 4x4. Ive had a quick look and it looks like ive got to cut some of the heat shield off. The heat shield is catching on the coolent pipe that goes to the matrix. I just wanna know how much you have to cut off for them to fit.

The escort cossie turbo heat shield ive got wont fit where the standard on is now.The one thats on now looks like its been cut to clear the coolent pipe that is on the side of the engine that goes to the matrix.

Have you got any pics of your matey. Can you get me some close up shots too.

I think ive found the problem why the heat shield wont fit. I think its cause the bracket that holds the coolent pipe that goes to the heater matrix is the wrong way round. I will have another go at fitting it this weekend coming
