removing bump strip along door and side

removing bump strip along door and side
just wondered if you you can remove them are they glued on ? as dont wont to peel them off and find theres holes underneath . its a 53 plate t200 tddi

Majority of cars are stuck on with double sided tape. But some cars do have holes for them to be lined up when they are fitted at the factory. Not sure about your but they are easy enough to refit if you find there is holes
