Well i allowed myself plenty of time to have the car ready for summer, its had its restoration all thats left is to paint is the bonnet, shes running again with the t3 conversion, new front mount and beige injectors
its off for its mot which it wont fail as everything is new, then to the rolling road in a couple of weeks, and we should be there

Is everyone else nearly done, will u be making the shows? or are you cutting it close?

 

I broke my s2 got some bits left over so need to get rid of them and get a saph so no im far from ready

 

Im not ready yet still got to fit my new rad in the fiesta and think it needs a new cam,gonna get on with it over next few wks and get it on sum rollers for settin up,i hardly used it last year ive decided im gonna use it this year and have sum fun in it.

 

id like to go to a couple of shows to see some of your cars up close some real good work awesome cars on here

MOT'd mine today, and it passed,

In for some paint on Tuesday,

Need to paint my replacement wheels and get some more new tyres,

Rebuild the back end up, resto the mid underneath, maybe a full paint job and going for a set-up at MSD.
Time any the all important 100 dollar bills are holding it up!!

Waiting to get my engine loom back from Ryan then its on with a couple of engine mods and its good to go. Saying that the gearbox is starting to show signs of ware.

Mine will be there and probably 95% done. But no point in taxing, MOTing and insuring it as I can't drive it for at least 3 months, and can't properly enjoy it untill after x mas anyway

 

Its a shame about your work comitments muz as it would be great to see it there under its own steam but like you say no point spending hundreds to drive it once then not have anythin to do with it till after xmas.

 

Exactly. The insurance company won't be happy with me keeping it at the Barracks during the week either so I'll only get to use it when I'm home every-other weekend untill I'm posted back to Hereford/St Athens after X mas then looking at the rotations I could be shipped off to Afghan for 6 months next summer .

On track at Ford Fair is a very real possibility however

Hoping mine will be ready for June so will hopefully be at some shows in the second half of the year.
