As per title - reads 'big ybt' I was told the plate is valued at £1000 when I purchased my car a few weeks ago... Always worth what someone is willing to pay for it, £900 - serious offers considered.

 

i got got a3 ybt from dvla for 250 good luck with the sale

 

Plates that spell words - have meanings fetch more money, just done a quick search and b1 ybt is available for £864, like I said any serious offers considered - thanks

 

Had the plate valued via registration transfers ltd and they will net me £600 after retention fee which is £120. Will sell for £750 inc retention fee which is cheap as they obviously will sell if for more, have e-mail conformation of valuation and will offer for sale for a week if not sold will instruct them to sell it.

like you say mate,a plate is only worth what someone wants to pay or the seller is desperate to sell for.ive got a plate on my escort that was on reg transfers site for a grand and the owner put it on ebay for alot less and i bagged it for a cheeky offer of £175.your reg is a good one for a cossie owner so if you can,hold out a bit longer.

i have a plate dvla agrred to give 1250 net back so i advertised it 2 years later still have it dropped to me taking 500 for it 6 months not a bite plates arnt worth shit now dvla sell them

 

lol... If it dont sell will leave it on the car - just think an old car like a sapphire cosworth looks better on its original plate - everyone knows there an old car, personal taste i guess
