how meny are still about and running and are there any going 2 be at the big shows this year as would be good to watch them on track. any 1 got some pics they can add on hear

 

You don't see many at the shows, the kalaber rouse car was at Ford fair but that's about it

 

Most of them went to Australia if I'm not mistaken.


The Brock Mobil 1 car and Johnson Shell car are still in the UK I believe. Can't remember of the Brooklyn car is still around. And of crouse the Kaliber car is around as mentioned above.

But I'm sure there are some more hidden in a shed

 

Would be good if more was about or even some of the rally cars in full trim

 

my mates have got the mobil 1 peter brock car and the dick johnson oo1 car which rob gravett drove in the btcc,mike newman still has his listerine sponsored btcc car dave brodies still got his car,the labatts car of tim harvey has been sold as was my old graham goode car 88001 the white listerine car1988/fai car from 1989,but graham still has his mach 5 car, the laurance bristow car is still here the eggenberger car that the same owner sold to oakfields has apparently left the uk.
As far as im aware the brooklyn car is still here somewhere but theres still quite a few from the btcc that havnt been found yet believe brooklyn still have their rallycar 3dr last time i saw all these together was when i helped martin johnson to get all the original drivers back into there cars for national day

 

Spotted the harvy car and and texico car on that DVD
Wish I had gone national day the year u mention, went jap 4 a cupple of years but found I was saving up so had 2 get a sapph lol
Any way I hope the current owners of all the cars still in the uk can sort somthing out and get them out on track on a stand together some time soon. For all of us who never saw them in there hay day

 

Theres someone on here with an eggenberger car and the ics rouse car.be great to see them all together again,that national day was probably th best show iv ever been too,with seeing all the touring cars take to the track,a one off!

Sure it was 2005,i video'd it and still have the recording somewhere.Always remember some guy with a damaged graham goode touring car bonnet in his hand asking dave Brodie to sign it,he said yeah no problem but if i find out you've put it on ebay there will be murders!

2005 sounds corect as it's the year I wasn't there and one of my friends would of defo bin all over them and we would av pictures of them. Get the vid on Utube pall

did anyone spot the yellow car in the pits at ford fair that was a ex- rouse car.

 

1 of the members of the Bedfordshire RSOC (Andy Kirkly) has an ex Rouse 500 touring car and still uses it to race in at the moment..... KP Waste sponser him and its up the side of the car (the cars yellow)

 

Yeh i seen that.It was one of the cars from the classic touring car club.
