Hi everyone , I had a small accident with my cortina , and need the following parts , to repair and keep my cortina on the road .

Both front wings
front panel.

I know on ebay there are a pair of new wings but at 1700gbp , i will not buy them .

Does any body know where i can buy these panels or maybe a cortina front end ?

A friend of mine got me a contact number of his friend.

This guy has about 4 garages full of old cars, he took me to one of them , i mean we literally had to walk on the side of the cars, there where about 25 cars, all old and have been there for the last 10 years or even more . He also has a mini placed in a transit van mk1 so that he could fit all the cars. He has a cortina mk1 station wagon, under restoration ( about 13 years ago), it has new front wings on it , this one is the one with the wood on the outside trims.
He had bought another one for parts, and he is selling me the front wings off that.
They look great, for their age. One had some fiber around the headlamp part but i removed it and it only reveiled just 3 little holes of maybe 1 cm diameter, which could easily be repaired.

He also had 3 escort mk1 s, a fabulous all original cortina mk2 16e. and last but not least an escort mk2 rs2000.
