I just got a totally reconned rack with a years guarantee on exchange, but the fact this guy (in cornwall) does it proves that the parts around I guess?

ooh was that on ebay? think I may have mailed the block today, just thinking to get a recon now to be honest.

Easy to re seal, the main problem is by the time it needs a re seal things are worn/scored, it would make good sense imo due to the hassle etc to just get a recon, if price is right of course.

I re sealed it on my own 4x4 and in my opinion it was rather difficult. I had to fabricate a special tool to get the new seals in place. But it works and havent dripped any oil since.
