how much can u lower an escort cosworth by on std shocks/wheels etc......
was thinking of just buying a set of springs but they only do 20-30mm?????

my old escort cosworth sat nice & ran std shocks with lowerd springs on 18's but looking at std ride height/wheels it looks like it sits in the clouds!

are spings same as sierra???

I wouldn't lower it by more than 30mm if on STD rear beam and front end. See what shocks and springs Mike rainbird recommends on his site.

 

10mm on front, 20mm on rear using Ahmed's springs - £165 + delivery (or as you're in Norfolk, you could always collect at one of the RS club meetings?) .
