So the rods and pistons go straight in then without any problems

Shall we risk Ford rods and pistons, or shall we use Steel H Section rods, ARP bolts and Forged pistons?

PS. Do your own homework on the rods and pistons

Hopefully be starting mine in a few weeks Phil =)....

I'll get reading up on something to ensure mine is moderately better than yours, ......considering I know your spec anyway, as I helped you with it, lol.....

You know I've fallen in love with the Focus engine, didn't want to leave it all alone in the garage last nite.....but was a bit heavy to smuggle home =)

Good work Phill , u sure your gonna make 300+ with a T3 ?????

Compression looks a little high also , shurley you'd have been better ith it nice and low , big boost and a easy 300+ horses with a T34/.63 housing

Lee, no im not sure .........300 is what I think it'd see, the engine isnt being built such that 300bhp is the target though . CR was the owners choice.......again, for power lower would have been better, but power isnt everything

He is a NA Focus owner who wants it to be fookin quick, so we came to the conclusion 250+ and nice offboost was a good target

How could you lower the CR and still use those rods and pistons then?

see ya piont mate , just thought u had visions of 350 pluss ,

should have a nice torque curve aswell with his spec which lets face it , means a lot more than shear power in the real world .
