Alriiiight as title sais how do i test my erst amal valve? would this cause it to boost more than it should std if it was broke? i know it clicks with ignition, how else to test?

 

if u overboost by hoooooge amounts, check that the pipes are in properly to and from turbo

If it clicks with ignition it means that it is working......could be prob with another part.

only other suggestion is to try another one and c if tha does the same

 

An amal valve can click on and off fine with ignition but not hold boost pressure. The only way I can think of testing is to get one u know works and swap the jets.
