4x4 on my Evo 5

Doing clutch on my Evo 5 put shaft and prop back in, should I be able to turn front wheels,

Doing on deck front wheels only of ground ??

From: under the bed hiding

there will be a bit of slip in the transfer box to let the wheels spin
