My Other One - Mk1 Fiesta
here are the progress pics, from when I got it, to the day it was painted

after that, I tried some escort 14" wheels on, whick I liked at the time, but I think pepperpots or mk2 xr2 steels would look better

after that I fitted some more parts, and here it is how it stood for a while.

^^^the gaitor has now been cleaned
under my arches before..:

... and after:

then I tried 1 of my pots on:

this is how it looked for a while - bar the pepperpot - the fiesta sticker from the rear window has since gone.

But then things changed, I got a new set of wheels, put em on, spent 3 hours polishing it, and this was the result :

Then I got some spotlights, and these came through the post :

So I got em fitted, and this was the result, I was IN LOVE!

Then I got some 4 spokes, so I got em fitted, but they rub

^^ one off centrecaps, a combination on standard 4 spoke centrecaps and pepperpot centrecaps.
Then I had some fun with a hand that was originally from my dads hearse :

Like I said, they scrubbed on the arch, so it lay in the garage like this for a while (i painted the centrecaps since the last batch of pictures ) :

till this happened

So it sat like this, and did do till I got the tyres changed :

i eventually got some smaller tyres on the front, and it looked like this...

Then this arrived...

Took all the packaging off, and I was left with this.

took the layer of bubble wrap off, to reveal this.

Oh YEAH!

I understand it won't be to everyone's taste, but it's retro, and in my opinion, will look awesome when fitted!
And then i found some old pictures, excuse the brown water marks, they were off when the coreplug burst.

All ready (almost) for when im 17 next year!

right everyone, remember the snowflake alloys? well I raked them out today, and was thinking about getting some new, lower profile tyres for them...

so on they went...

they sit snug in the arches

and overall, after a lick of paint and some nice new shiny rubber, they shouldn't look bad..

i
I'm thinking of black wheels with a polished face, with 175/50/14 tyres... i better get saving!

lol how many different wheels you had on there
imo stick with the silver steel rims they look the best by far
don't bling it up either
less is more on classics
