i had a few issues with them back in 2005,

- 1000 extra miles on the car - only had 7k on the clock from new when i dropped it off
- poly bushed the front end of my car without getting autho from me
- both my front wheels where damaged around the threads where they'd had the wheels off to do above job
- turned up to collect the car to find it parked round the side of there building out of sight UNLOCKED, £5k's worth of stereo fitted!!
- just about to leave and get told "oh by the way youe 2nd gears gone"

the actual mapping of the car was amazing and felt like a completely new car!!
