There has been some inner wing cuttings from when the 20vT engine was being fitted:



The inner arches have all been fully ground back to clean metal, any minor rust sorted, Kurusted [the black looking gunk on the pics] then had a few coats of paint (both front & rear arches, and also the underside)





All the seam sealer (water trap!) has been removed from inside and cleaned up:






To fill the arches it needs around 8" wide on the front and probably 9" on the rear (I was using aroung 1" wide spacers with the Cossie wheels to sit them flush)

It takes up to 16" wheels with no probs as you can see in the pics.

Cossie wheels aren't mine, and they aren't for sale before anyone asks.
Cage that can be seen isn't mine and isn't for sale.

It is pretty much just a rolling shell with glass and paint (I've got all the diamond white paint for it)
