Looking at buying a 3dr or Saph Cosworth very soon and need advice on insurance. Have a few cars to look at this next week but all have engine and suspension mods. I will only be using car in summer months so limited milage policy is fine.I will be using an old van through winter so need that insured TPFT aswell. The problem i have is i dont want to comit to buying a car and then find i cant insure it. I cant give insurance company list and proof of mods untill i have got a car so feels bit of catch 22 situation. I am over 40 with full no claims btw and any help much appreciated.
