Default Fiesta RS1800 Engine upgrade help

Hi everyone, i want to upgrade the engine on my rs1800, i have the standard one in right now however like everyone else i want MORE POWER!!! im looking at buying a second hand 2.0 monedeo engine and slapping a turbo on it, can anyone guide me in the right direction to do this?
Once bought what is there i need to do to it? What camshafts are recommended? What turbo? Would need to scim the head? What engine management system? Would i need to upgrade the g/box? Basically i've never worked on putting a different engine into a car before and any tips/help would be great. Is there a 'default' engine that everyone uses in their mk3 fiesta's like a mondeo engine? A lot of questions to answer from an inexperienced ford owner, i hope you guys with the knowledge can steer me in the right direction! Cheers.

Default

depends how much power your after. Fitting 2 liter engine is easy enough just matter of swapping over 1.8 bits. Ya could go turbo route using rs turbo manifold+turbo and adaptor plate or go the bike throttle body route with better exhaust ported head etc
