Default squeaking noise and gearbox help

right..

first of all the diff went in my 2.0 (mtx-75) so i changed it along with the bearing and clutch. i was getting a noise from the baring and after about 200 miles the car broke down. no drive. so i took it apart and saw the passengers drive shaft was rounded but at the end. about 5 mm in. i then put a new box on and clutch just to be sure and changed the shaft and cir-clips.

before the whole change i wasn't getting a noise but now i get this really weird squeak from the middle of the dash. gearbox cables? well i dont know.

also the bearing is still making a noise but will go if i press the clutch and bring it up slowly or without pressing the clutch and mess about with the gear leaver.

im a ffoc member but have had no replies.

any help guys?
