how to repair door cards?? info please

Hi looking to try and repair front door cards on a 4x4 sap cossy, just looking for help and info if someone has done it before or can offer any tips?

The have shrunk at the top and next to the pocket.

take it to a auto trimmer or it will look a cock if you do it yourself

good trimmers with the right materials can make a tired out sierra look great again.
