Fast as fook bloke at work has one with a remap and it goes like the clappers he claims 45-55 mpg aswell which is better than my foci

 

ive got one for the mrs drives just like a golf ,its fairly quick for a diesel averages 38-42mpg round town and 50-55mpg on a steady run. Has been reliable so far apart from a wheel bearing and the brake light switch sticking on.

 

Just bought a brand new one in candy white 170 bhp with 350 n/m of torque, awesome machine it is. nice interior aswell. handled the snow pretty well aswell. Had mine fitted with the skirts and spoilers etc as i thought it looked a bit plain without them.

 

My mum has had an ibiza FR tdi (04 plate) for the last 4/5yrs, done about 100k in it and *touch wood* never had a thing go wrong with it, and its quick!
Only criticism is that it feels quite bumpy and road noisy now, but it has done over 100k on the same shockers/bearings etc etc

 

what age you looking at? mines a 2005 150 bhp version

There was a black magic one near me for sale 56 plate 28k miles for £9k

 

Good cars, can do massive mileages without problems.
