Hello mates!

My first post on this forum as i just got my first 1990 RS Turbo.

I got a few questions about tuning this 1600 cvh.

Im aiming for 200-230 BHP
Would love any inputs you guys might have as to what parts would be best to use.Like,Chip,injectors,camshaft,valves,whitch T3 upgrade i need (stage 3 hybrid?),if i need new pistons and rods etc?

For 200bhp m8 , i would go for a chip,pipercam/pulley,front mount intercooler,stainless steel exzaust system,raise boost to about 16psi(safe) , standard botom end etc will ok but any more then it may go bang cant change injectors m8 , unless uve ditched the MFI off the escort 5th injector if ud need it for that boost (rolling road set-up would tell) maybe be border line every cars different , but id say ud be ok for what ive said , standard turbo will be okay as well , but borderline probably , and thats if its in good nick i.e no play in turbo shaft/smoky off boost or on start up hope this helps a bit
