Which oil for a mk1 Focus RS??
Hi all, can anyone advise me on which oil for my mk1 Focus RS as im getting it serviced this weekend, I think it has had Valvoline oil before? Many thanks Rich

Standard oil is a Ford approved 5w-30. However you can always go better if you wish sticking with a decent synthetic 5w-30.
