Default Help with MK3 escort rear brakes

Need some help identifiying what this is caled and were can i get a replacement ?



There was a lot of movemtn in the rear wheel bouncing from arch to arch, would this being snapped cause that ?

Rear tie bar I would call it, never seen one snapped on this car, yes it will make/allow the wheel to move all over the place.
Just describe to a motor factors soon get one cheap enough.

Thats what i meant to say in my head 'bar' lol
Just checked my price and its £56 , would have to be ordered in as no stock (they dont usually snap!!)
Had a look on ebay and there is some options on there too

Ive had afew differant ones snap on various cars its very scary when it happens when your on the move

Your lucky my mates snapped when he was going round a bend and he ended up in a yard carpark with a concrete post wedged under the car .

I've snapped one in the past and just bought a pair of new adjustable ones (RS1600i style) from the british ebay.

1600i ones different. How are they adjustable. And any images.

Think I've seen some on eBay that say there adjustable. But couldn't see an adjuster.
