the sooner i get hungry again
but when i eat when i'm hungry, i don't eat as much
if i eat 4 big meals a day, breakfast, lunch, teatime food and dinner i'm always hungry again before the next big meal is due
is it just me or does anyone else get this?
now the weekend is over and i've gone back to work again, i eat only when i'm hungry so it only lasts a day or 2

so the more i eat the quicker it gets used up?
or does my metabolism just work depending on what rate i eat?
i can go 18 horus without food and not feel any ill effects some days, but on others i'm starving hungry as soon as ai get up, even though i've eaten big before going to bed
just don't want it to be something strange and wrong and need a docrot to look at

I'm sure I read somewhere that if you don't eat within a certain amount of time when waking up, your body goes into starvation mode and you store everything you eat so your body wont feel hungry.

i'm the same but maybe not to the same extent, in work i have breakfast Mid morning, dinner a few hours later, and then im starving for the rest of the day, i would eat 5 meals if i could.
where at the weekend i dont have the same time for food so i normally end up eating an early dinner and mid afternoon, just dont get hungry at all.
the bread and pasta thing could be true, in work i tend to have a bowl of porridge or cereal and 3-4 rounds of toast for breakfast.

4 gobi paranta's with a big bowl of yoghurt for lunch
some mexian place to have dinner with some little flat bread el paso type stuff with meat in it, and a 4 oz burger (because the kids didn't want to eat it) and a big ice cream
sunday:
another 3 shredded wheat for breakfast
some more indian food for lunch
some more indian food for dinner at the temple
yesterday:
no breakfast
1/4 meal at macs for lunch
indian food at around midnight
