the rad on my fourbie no is a little rocky with it only bein held by 2 bolts

has anyone else found this ?

whats a possible fix for it as if its moving about while driving it cant be good for it

Make up a couple of little plates to go from the original rad/cooler mounts to the two holes used to mount the standard cooler.

Just two short strips of metal with a hole in each end! Easy!

Does it have the rubber mounts? If its the same as a 2wd just bolt it tights and should be fine

same prob on my 3 door ,movement so it knocks on the cooler ,can only realy think of sticking some rubber washers or gromets to take the vibration away ,
any one else
Just seen above post ,the old cooler screw holes idea could be a winner

we thought of the ally strips i just thought it might look a little pony

rhys yeah its got the rubber bits but it still moves

ho hum ally strips it is then lol

Hmm, or just get a uprated Rad, i dont think i need bolts to hold it in place as its a fookin tight fit to get trhough the legs of the car its wedged in place

Awsome mate, my car Very rarly sees over 79C when driving around that was in Oct-nov and fans take ages to cut in Well impressed with it

i just wrapped zip ties round it and round the cooler pipes a quick fix and seems to be fine. fitted my cooler over a month ago now.!
