surely on fluid savings post divorce, in maintenance terms she is entitled to a proportion of earnings in maintenance only??? so this year shed get shit loads but next year onwards shed only get a percentage of the interest earned. I dont think child maintenance payment calculations take into account savings/assets only earned income.
