Just checked on Dvla website and no records shown for the car.

 

I've got a bootlid and interior for a crystal blue one broken at least 10years ago!!!

would you post the bootlid and how much?i want to cut 1 down the middle to narrow it then mount it on my garage wall alongside my 90 spec rst bootlid and spoiler.i have a crystal blue spoiler off my car already

why not?got a s2 1 to go up.i dont think you get what i meant,if i hung it on the wall as it sits on the car it would stick out too far,so i would cut it from side to side so it didnt stick out as far.some folk hang car stuff on their walls,ill have narrowed rs bootlids!

 

Doesn't come up on a DVLA check so it's either on a private plate now or been scrapped.

I pictured them flat against the wall but i guess you meant so you see the back of the tail while looking at the wall.

no no,i cut the s2 tailgate where the spoiler stops,so its only about 250-300mm deep,ill do the same with the saph 1.they will look like shelves when mounted.the s2 tailgate is rotten on the inside but mint on the outside so i came up with the idea of cutting it and putting it on the wall.i want an 88 spec in grey as that would be the same as my 1st rst,a crystal blue sapph 1 as thats the colour of my car the now,i have a red 90 spec 1 already and to finish it a caspian blue rs1600i 1 to finish it off.all will look just like they would on the car.gonna have to mount them somewhere where i wont walk into them though!
