can someone please tell me how to multi quote, quote single phases etc? ive only posted 1600 times or something and still dont know lol 
Use the small multi-quote button?? ...next to quote on the bottom, there is a small icon, click it on as many posts as you want, then click reply rather than try to use quick reply. 
Like this?? ...Just copy the first bit: [**quote=chaffe;5194900] at the beginning of the bit you want to quote, then after it type [**/quote] et voila, you'll have quoted specific parts of a single post. (Obviously don't include the ** in the quote tags.

Use the little + symbol with the apostrophes to multi quote, and to quote single phrases etc simply quote the whole lot then highlight and delete what you dont want within the brackets
