Default O/T computer people help pls (PIC)

Every time I start up, I get this folder automaticaly open... its getting annoying now and startup is slow obviously.... how can I stop it please

Start > Run > msconfig > Startup tab > untick what programs you dont need to start up during boot up.

Reboot PC, then a box will pop up telling you you are in selective start up, tick the box and reboot again

Have done what you said... think have done right.... THANKS. Rus

There are shed loads of program files ticked, do they ALL HAVE to be ticked? If I remove them all will the comp still open up ok?? can I bugger it all up

If you dont need any to actually run then untick them all They are only programs... not set-up files or anything

u only need SystemTray and norton if u have it other wise nortoin wont work .
