hi guys just need some advice.

my iphone has broken . i took it to o2 shop so they sent it away to be fixed but the warrenty does no cover it because its broken. (home button has stoped working)

so they said i should clam on my phone insurance. only concerns are a few people say insurance want do anything for certain things. just want to no what to say sorta thing, dont wana end up with a shit phone for 5 month.

i broke the screen on mine and cracked the back casing and my phone insurance replaced mine within 3 days

I have just got oil in mine at work and its like listening to people through a bean can and string. oil in speaker. its ok on speaker phone just shit through ear hole. will they fix that or will it be a replacement? just had this one replaced as I dropped in the sea and it took 3 months to get replaced???

 

im a mechanical engineer and told them i dropped it at work, they asked what the dammage was over the phone and within 3 days a courier was at my front door with a brand new one, and the courier took the fucked 1 back to 02.

 

You could try blowing it out with an air line?

tried that. didnt want to go to mad as didnt want to blow inside apart and fook it proper.

 

what network are you with?

my insurance was through o2, i phoned them and they transferred me through to the insurance dept, i had it all sorted within 10mins.

 

yeah with o2 insurance will do it tomos

 

just phone 02 customer services number and they'll sort it out for you mate

 

My mrs bought her Iphone aswell as insurance from O2
She dropped it in the bog (honest mishtake) n was charged £70 odd to replace it
