think its 100k but unsure???

also my car is std spec. any1 have best options of upgrades??

what power should i expect from these mods??

& whats next step after these mods? turbo??

not sure what the manufacturer quotes, but as its a zetec i would be thinking of changing it every 50,000 max for peace of mind. should be around 270bhp with those mods, turbo and injectors would be next

 

i dont know what ford say about the rs but the 1.8 and 2l black tops in the focus are 100k or 10 years. tensioners have known to fail before this though so worth doing early.

how old is yours? what millage?

what turbo injectors are next upgrade? gt28?

 

i would change it for the sake of 80 quid, tbh

 

definately check the history to see if its been changed, there might be a date or sticker in the engine bay somewhere, maybe on the belt cover.

if its only done say 20k since being done then its fine, if it aint been done it needs doing asap.
