Whats the best oil for an FRS mk1?

Default Whats the best oil for an FRS mk1?

Just wondering what to put in the car next time I change it. Make, grade etc?

If you had/have the money then synlube, then leave in for the rest of the life of the car, light years ahead of fossil fuel derived oils, cost about £250 at a guess, but in every way better.
Failing that Fuchs Titan, etc.

A good 10w-40 will be fine, minimum semi synthetic with regular changes but better would be a good synthetic, again 10w-40 or 5w-40.

Grade wise 5w30 semi or fully synthetic is recommended by ford...brandwise is down to your own choice and budget.
