That black focus is so nice apart from those stupid doors. I saw it at Shakespeare raceway and it was stunning.

yeah thats alex's. was a 1.6 ebony but done an rs conversion running around 330bhp and a Kaaz lsd with custom fabricated arches so its actually wider than an rs!

he's had a feature in fast ford with it. its a sound very well built car and i certainly wouldnt mind taking it off his hands. i actually quite like the doors, think they suit his well but they are certainly not for everyone.

Put the standard doors back on and loose the bonnet raisers and it's perfect I loved it at Shakespeare before he opened the doors

have a look on trackdaydrivers.com mate, its just outside north east birmingham.

you dont need cages, can use a completely standard car if you want so long as it doesnt look like a complete wreck, is in good working order and isnt too loud (they do noise test everyone at the start of the day).

all info is on the website anyway mate. even got a section about sprint racing.

its a tiny sprint track hence why one car out at a time but its open pit lane so is all good.

Folk just arrive and drive Joe but you can book in advance as already stated on their website.

I am sure Paul said the decibels is set at 103db so that is alot more than most trackdays.

That red XR2 is lovely. If i had one in that condition i'd take the cage out and get it back to standard trim.
