Ex trader buying on PF

Hello Mods/Admins !

A quick question please...

If for example a second hand weber ecu is advertised on PF am I allowed to publically comment/neqotiate/buy the said item ??

I ask this given that I once got infraction points for posting a wanted advert once for an L6 ecu even though I am a gold member and have NEVER been involved with trading such items when I was in business !!!

Very uinfair IMO

To clarify.. I only ever sold my own designed and built products !!!!

There are restrctions that have unwritten rules so as I fell foul of them before it was just best to ask first.
