hi all im new to this forum iv being modifying 4x4s for offroad most of my life now fancy something faster as my insurance has gone down now im 25 and got a mint 1.1 fiesta 3rd and want some advice on fitting a 2.0 zetec lump and how to go about it like engine mounts wiring and parts i need lay my hands

 

what mark fiesta is it ?

 

its a mk3 fiesta classic 1.1 on a N plate

 

Id say your best bet is to have a look for a fiesta si thats failed its mot and is going cheep as that will have pretty much everything you need as they had a zetec engine in as standard so you'd have the engine mount,wireing loom and sump/oil pick up you need to put on the 2.0l to get it working as it should plus all the little clips,screws and brackets you always forget you need. You would steel need all the injectors and ecu from the 2.0l aswell as it wont run properly on the 1.6 stuff.
