Well your spreading the news seems a very strange thread .

 

I'm a united fan, not really a Rooney fan after all has gone on and yes I'm sick of hearing about it....but funny how nobody complains about the likes of Hamilton or button on tens of millions a year which is probably double a week what footballers are on!

 

Er, why? I wasnt asking people to discuss it, was just wondering if anyone else is as fed up of hearing about it as me.

Dont see what's strange about it tbh, was merely saying that i find it ridiculous that someone is payed that much for playing football and i'm sick of the media assuming that EVERYONE is a football fan.

I also find it ridiculous how much F1 drivers earn but its not shoved in your face in the papers or on the tv/radio everyday like it is with football, that's why no one really mentions it.
