garrat t3 as standard, will be able to handle a boost valve, 1 bar is normally gd but as joe said without a setup may not help......more boost = more problems

i have never used a boost valve. but u need to match your boost levels to your fueling. i would take it for a set up mate. do your no what spec your car is at. whats been done to it.

If your new to RST's then the very best thing you can do is spend £150 on a tune up at your local RS specialist mate.
You'll come away with more power, a list of things you can upgrade to go even further, and probably a list of things that need fixing now too! lol
