Looks like Silkolenes been took over by Fuchs so that's why I couldn't find it anywhere

dont know if it applies to your gearbox but i found the silkolene syntrax 75 90 in my evo 6 tme was very notchy until very hot.use millers crx now on virtually everything and find it great for every situation

Not been took over just changed the name, it's always been Fuchs

Any make of oil is fine, just check the label to make sure it meets the specified requirements thats all.
