Default want to sell the gotech mfi and fit ms.....

right then guys just spoke to guys at jamsport and turns out that the gotech mfi uses a internal mapp sensor which is rated upto around 22psi but im looking for 2bar+ so isnt any good to me.... although they did say it is possible to fit an external mapp sensor to it but i cant be arsed to mess about with it.....

so im thinking of selling up now so i can get myself abit of als lol... the set up is fully running on my car and will include every part to fit to a mfi car except a manifold adaptor plate which are cheap to buy....

kit includes
gotech mfi ecu
custom braided loom
modified efi inlet as no idle control needed
fuel rail/pressure reg and fuel pipes to fit
grey 403s or can come with dark blues
motorsport leads
dizzy with new cap and rotor arm
coil and bracket....

everything to bolt on and as said its running on my car and is mapped for stage3 head /cam and stage3 t3 at 12psi and comes with the computer lead and software for mapping... and the box

whats it worth as it owes me £800ish with all the new leads and plugs ect which are brand new..... OFFERS...

keep the greys and the efi inlet ,then you just need a coil pack and crank sensor ,and a ms2 ecu , £400 job done.

What I ment was that you needed the complete EFI inlet with TPS, ACTS, and injector loom/rail, etc. then just the coil pack and CPS as Gary says above mate.
But... I would recommend selling the greys and buying some nice new Siemens Deka IV's, they are a modern injector with a much better spray pattern and are high impedance so no chance of noise issues, and to boot they are only about £150 brand new for 4!

I have been adding up the bits you say you need or others tell you that you need and it costs just as much if not more than other system which are better in the first place?

380 quid for an ECU
150 quid for injectors.
+ Crank sensor setup (which one how much)
New sensors? which ones and how much where from?
+ this + that....

Dont sound very cheap and you still dont have anyone to map it? Thats only the parts that you have listed and thinking about at the time. How about the other parts you havent even spoken about. ?

Its that sort of money fitted maped and ready to abuse. Compare that with buying a cheap system.

My MS setup cost me about £530 with brand new ECU, loom, and injectors, Mark's would cost him about the same, use his existing EFI TP, CLT, and ACT sensors, and just fit a CPS setup (trigger wheel, bracket and CPS).
All you need then is one of the many tried and tested people on here who can map MS to do it for you.
About £1000 cheaper, no need to use a 15 year old ECU and loom and just as ready to abuse

totally mate .

first thing anyone should do imo when thinking of managment is choose the mapper and fit what ever system THEY want.

Yeah deffo gotta find a mapper you trust.

All i will say tho is 90 percent of the parts needed for cossie managment you can still buy new and if after 15+ years its still going strong you no its going to be a good system. I suppose with any system your going to have pros and cons Find a mapper you like then decide

Yes you can fit a different MAP sensor to Gotech.

If you are going to cossie, make sure it doesn't use a dizzy.
