Hi lds iv got a set of bilstein 909 shocks for the rear of my Focus Cosworth . there for a sierra cosworth which is spot on as the Focus is moded for them . Tony of Touring Car Spares has been a top man and sorted all the parts i need to make them work But the only thing Tony cannot help me with is the springs for them and iv not got a clue on wot size/length/O,D and wot . lbs spring i need or were to get them from can any one help me out with any info on this please
lots of variables (damper rating, corner weight, suspension layout, track /road, etc) but I'd take a guess and say somewhere around 200pounds/inch x 12 inches long would be a starting point

Big thanks for that mate 12 inches is a bit short but 14 inches looks spot on iv found these £20 each 2 1/4", 200 Rate, 14" Free Length
so i might go with them just hope 200 lds will be ok unless any one can tell me any different

allways fit the longest sprin in you can for your suspension travel, and as for the weight, it all depends on your damper rates and on the weght of the car, though 200 wont be a bad start from what you have said already.
