talk talk broadband
Hi Guys
I am thinking of going with them for a call/broadband package for 14.99 plus £12 line rental. its for an unlimited package calls and broadband including 0870/0845 numbers.
it seems like quite a good deal to me just would like to know if they are any good. as i now a few people who are on virgin and they do nothing but complain about it crashing all the time.
has anyone had any dealings with these or heard of anything bad.
thanks in advance

You're going to get good and bad comments though, seems that no ISP is fault free these days.
yea there will always be good and bad points. on the whole they seem to be quite good to go with speeds are good enough for what i need it for the only down side is the 24 month contract but its not to bad.
thanks for the comments i think i will go with them, they look like my best option at the moment

I would check the speeds BT could give you before you sign anything.
its always worth paying a bit extra to get a faster speed IMO
will it make much of a difference as the line is a bt line from what they have told me they will send a bt engineer out to put the new line in.

I'd hope they'd have sorted their shit out by now, but BT were the most useless sacks of shit I've ever had to deal with!!! One of the reasons we went with Talk Talk was that we could pay the line rental through them, rather than having to be billed separately by BT. I will never willingly use their services again.
