Hi
I bought my missus' present last night (Radley signature bag which she has wanted for ages). I ended up getting it for 80ish quid instead of 200+ so I was quite impressed as I paid for it.
This morning I get a cock and bull message from the seller saying the item was a gift off her mum who doesn't want her to sell it etc etc and it is probably cos she wants more money.
She has refunded the money but is there anything else I can do other than give rip her in the feedback? I thought ebay was supposed to be a contract of sale?
I think I am just gonna stop using ebay now - I stopped selling on it a bit ago after 100's of clowns and people trying it on and ebay taking there side
Cheers for any advice

I bought a 3 Door Recaro seat a while ago for a bargain 23 quid the seller then sent me a message saying he hadn't got enough for it and he had sold it to someone else for more money!
I got a little pissed off as well been as I had been prepared to pay £85 for it.
Contacted ebay and they said unlucky, nothing we can do!
Just takes the piss!
Rich
