Has someone moved Surrey to the Middle East?

Looking at this job and it says located in the UAE and then drive round Surrey visiting customers. Hell of a commute

Am I reading this wrong?

well I seen this bit mate..(based in Surrey.) to me that means they want someone that is living in that area.. and this...Our Middle East office was founded in December 2005..headquartered in Dubai UAE. We deal with clients in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other key areas in the region so they have offices all over the place...and maybe not just the middle east..

I read it as Hays UAE are recruiting (on behalf of an unnamed company as they are a recruiting company) for a job based in and around Surrey probably for a company based in UAE.

Can't see where it says the job is located in UAE.
