Default Quick bit of building advice please...

Im wanting a removable fence post so gonna use one of them metal post mounts rawlbolted to floor so I can undo it and take it away to get car out. Im gonna dig hole and fill with concrete. Question is, to make it easier can I use http://www.wickes.co.uk/Postcrete/invt/221100 and smooth top over? Thinking about setting the bolts into it whilst its drying rather than drilling it after or would the bolts crack the concrete when tightened? Any help much appreciated.
thanks
Steve

you can use postcrete ive set bolts in it, i always thread them up through the post mount and put a nut ontop and whind them on until the bolt is flush in the nut it makes it easier when setting it in

oh and give it a day or two before you tighten them up the longer the better

Alternative is to just set bits of studding into the concrete, rather than anchor bolts....
