wanted big brakes for escort rs turbo mk4
hi im looking for brake kit from 300mm to 330mm any make to fit a escort rs turbo mk4

MK3 Mondy calipers and pads, 300mm Focus ST discs, 12mm spacer.... all from ebay for less than £100

karlos mate, quick question if you don't mind but where does the spacer go on this? is it between the disc and hub? also does it matter what mk3 mondy callipers are used?

No mate, in between the hub and the caliper, the two bolts that hold caliper to hub get spaced out to bring the caliper out a bit and sit central on the disc.
Any MK3 Mondeo as far as I know.

Ebay, and they came with longer bolts.
But I cant seem to find any on there right now

gus what brackets and discs would i need to do this conersion as im looking at putting standard wheels back on for a bit .... will also run cossie rears with a bias valve

I used 2wd disc's and calipers on my estate and they fit in my steelies
I did a small guide in the sticky at the top of the page when i fitted mine.

Really.i just dont want to lose the original look.was going for willwood set but saw bad reviews on here about them leaking.so think set of cosworth ones will do the trick.

what brackets were used to fit the 2wd calipers as dont they not bolt upto a rst hub like a 4x4 caliper does

I didnt use any brackets i had a friend machine 4mm off the mounting face of the calipers to make them sit in the middle of the disc then drilled and tapped my hub to take the bigger bolts the cosworth uses
The holes on the caliper didnt quiet line up with the hub on mine so i opened the holes up by 1/2 a mm in the caliper to give abit of clearance and they bolted straight on.
