Well I've got three kids 4 years old and younger and drive a Grand Scenic. The 7 seats are handy for when you pick up friends/family and plenty room inside.

My mate said exactly the same thing, he was bang against it giving it the old farts motor, can't see seen in one of those, fuck that etc....now he freely admits he can't do without one.

Got 3 kids, one is 5 the other two are both under 3

I didn't want a people carrier but you just can't get 3 baby seats across the back of most motors

We have a Sharan, and to be honest its great

Yeah, a car capable of 3 kids seat is the issue, as don't want to use front seats, we will have to for now, but need to change I guess

Forgot to say all 3 seats fit across the standard back seat anyway.

We have the same problem we have a 10 year old who is the size of an adult. A 3 year old and a baby which is over due! So we need something with 3 full seats in the back. We like the ford s max and the vw toran.

We had a honda FRV which has 3 seats front and rear, with loads of boot space too and the 2.2 turbo diesel was quite quick.
