Track Designs do a fitting kit to slot the black top into a Ka etc. That comes with a little conversion kit if you want to run without PAS. Basically has an idler pulley that replaces with PAS pump, might be of use?

Here it is: http://www.trackdesigns.co.uk/zetec-alt.htm

Obviously comes with all the alternator bits, but they might be able to help out.

I've probably got one kicking around - let me know if you're still after one.

I called dunnell up about their pully system and told the guy it was for a Focus RS water pump, he then started to argue with me that they were the same until I pointed out the differences, they guy got well shirty, I've spoken with him before and he thinks he knows it all lol

Anyway I'm going to make something up myself that is similar to their setup but better

An alternative is keep the power steering bracket and use a mazda pulley(part number somewhere) and an 1134 6pk belt.
All bolts straight up.
