Is it necessary to re-gap them when install into the engine??
or its a straightforward???
I am a little confused...about the gap for the specific plugs

At least need to check the gap, will no doubt need adjusting, I'd try 0.6mm.

Thanks Tabetha for the help
The reason i had asked is that i read somewhere that the iridium plugs is forbitten to change the gap because there is possibility to alter the spark and destroy the plug
Iridium come from the factory pre- gapped
Anyway i will try to set the gap at 0.65 and hope no to do any damage ...to the plug-tip

You won't cause any damage, just tap it on a bench vice of similar hard surface a little at a time until the gap is around 0.6mm, there's no magic right or wrong just what works and doesn't, the major advantage of these is they take less energy to fire, but are much less tolerant of rich mixtures than 071 for example, work well considering what a shit material iridium is as a conductor of lectric!!
