Default Ford Puma In need of big end shells

Hi yall.

I just bought me a bargain ford Puma to replace my Transit van for the winter. I got stuck in snow too often during last winter. And I'm not a newbie in vans

So the point is the puma has a dodgy engine I need to mend before taking on the road. Now I need some big end bearings for it.
I thought it would bee an issue but it has proven a very difficult task to find them.
I've located a dealer sellin HD shells but I really don't need HD shells.

So can anyone here steer me in the right direction?

Any help would be appreciated?

Cheers

I've tried all the known dealers I can think of.
Shawspeed, Puma Speed, Birbeck, Burtons, Mountune and even the good old ebay. Ebay had a company advertising a set of glyco bearings but their dimendions thit not match the bearings in my engine.

I've not contacted Burtons though only browsed trought their site.
I'll send them a mail.

Thank you.
